CORONAVIRUS 2019 (COVID-19) UPDATE:
We want to assure you, our customers, that your drinking water is safe and reliable. The
coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has no impact on the quality of your drinking water.
The Staff at Sunnyslope has been working tirelessly to ensure all customers will receive
high-quality drinking water so you may continue to keep your family safe. With the sudden
increase in home bound residents, our wastewater/maintenance staff is also working very hard
to keep our sewer systems operating efficiently.
As a result of California State Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20, the Sunnyslope County
Water District offices will be closed to the public until notified by the Governor's office
of lifting restrictions. Please rest assured that we are working diligently behind the scenes
to keep you safe. You may contact the office at any time during normal business hours with
questions or concerns. Anyone requiring Americans with Disability Act (ADA) assistance may
also call the District and we will make accommodation.
Although water payments are still due on the 20th of each month, no water service will be shut
off during this time of National Emergency. As conditions change, we will be open to
consideration of forgiveness of fees for late payments, and be willing to negotiate deferred
payment plans to help the Community recover together. Thank you for doing your part.
To minimize exposure for you and District staff, we encourage you to make your payments
by credit card over the phone at (831) 637-4670, or by dropping off your payments by check
into one of the two outside drop boxes (stand-alone box or mail slot by front door). Please
remember to write your account number or service address on your check. You can also
contact Customer Service staff by emailing us at email@example.com.

receiving paper bills in the mail. You are helping us save paper and postage, but you are
missing out on receiving the Bill Insert messages mailed periodically. For the latest Bill
Insert, please click here.
For older inserts, click on the "Bill Inserts" link in the left column.
A MESSAGE ABOUT - Disposable Wipes
Disposable wipes DO NOT break down quickly, and clog the wastewater system. We are
trying to catch and filter these wipes to eliminate the problem. However, the best solution
is to STOP FLUSHING DISPOSABLE WIPES altogether. THANK YOU for your cooperation
and assistance in elimating these wipes from the wastewater system.
